A 40% deposit at booking guarantees your appointment slot is held exclusively for you and ensures your stylist arrives prepared with everything your service requires. It also means we never overbook, never run behind because of a last-minute cancellation, and always start on time. Your deposit is deducted from your total on the day. It is not an extra charge, it is a commitment we both make to each other.

We understand that life happens. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment will receive a full deposit refund or the option to reschedule at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable, as your stylist's time has already been reserved and cannot be reallocated. No-shows forfeit the deposit in full. No, we offer a professional wash and blowdry service you can add to your appointment. Simply select it at booking and arrive with your natural hair and we will handle the rest.

Braiding hair is included in the price of all our knotless box braid, stitch braid, and cornrow services. For styles that require speciality extension hair — such as boho braids, passion twists, French curl braids, and goddess locs — the hair type and quantity varies significantly based on your chosen length and density. These services will clearly indicate whether hair is included. If you are unsure, contact us before your appointment and we will advise on this.

Every client receives a personalised aftercare guide after their appointment with everything they need to know, from the first 24 hours through to their rebook window. The short version: wrap your braids in a satin scarf every night, moisturise your scalp every two to three days with a lightweight braid spray, avoid heavy oils directly on the braids, and book your next appointment at the five to six week mark before your preferred slot fills.
